Yes. Black hair care.

I can say that i really do love my hair :] Yes i dooo hehe. But its only as decent as it is because i at least TRY to take care of it... The most common things i see when im walking around and its usually when im at school is the dry split end factor. Black people usually have really dark brown or black hair (unless you're mixed with something more) but I be seeing girls with hair that look drier than a field of golden wheat bran. Why is their hair like that? Because of either one or more of the following reasons: 01. They have odee split ends; 02. Their hair is lacking moisture and is dry as hell; 03. heat damage from flat irons, curling irons ect; 04. They dont care. all they care about is the $12.00 weave theyre gonna buy later on that day. The first step to cure any of these would be to seriously consider going to a salon stylist to examine your hair and treat it. but if youre running short on money like me (lol) you would go out and buy a clensing shampoo and a REALLY good conditioner like Infusim 23 or Dove Intense Damage Therapy. I would also suggest buying a deep conditioning mask and a Leave-in condtioner if you can. (it helps alot.) Then after using those products on your hair and your hair is still slighty damp, have someone (or do it yourself, see "Cutting Split Ends") cut your split ends or just get a trim all together. (WARNING: use a pair of hair cutting scissors! Normal scissors can cause you more split ends!) Yeah I know you already might not have alot of hair, but you want it to be healthy right? But be proud. cutting your hair is the first stept to recovery. Now that there are no split ends, and along with following a good hair regimend and limited weekly use of heat appliances, your hair will grow back strong and healthier than it was before. Shoot it's working for me. :D

Heres some great products that can help you out.

Smooth N Shine Silk 'N Sleek Straighten Polish
I use this almost EVERYDAY or whenever im curling or using a flat iron on my hair. I love the way it makes my hair feel and if you dont slather on a whole lot, it leaves your hair silky smooth, not stuck-together and oily. it runs for about 4 dollars and you can get it at places like Wal-Mart or Walgreens

Dove Intesive Therapy Shampoo && Conditioner
I also use this and i think it is very good with repairing damage and leaving your hair soft and managable. It also has a nice light airy scent.

Organix Coconut Milk Shampoo && Conditioner This set of shampoo and conditioner are for the more environmentallly concious but is great for anyone. It's made with natural coconut and it's oils, and it smells sooooo goood.
