A typical wait at a city bus stop.

I take the city bus at least once or twice a week counting on the fact that I have no driving abilities whatsoever. The bus ride itself is fine, its the actual waiting AT the bus stop i have a problem with. A couple of weeks ago, I had taken the bus to SOBE (south beach). I was innocently standing at the bus stop not really attracting attention to myself (note that i was just wearing long jeans, a black fitted tee, and some nikes and my hair was done in PIGTAILS) and some guy in his twenties comes over and starts talking to me. So right about now im just like "Ok...." and then he asks me for my number, and I go "Well im only 16...so thats not gonna happen." He looked really stupid and petifile-ish so he walked away. That happens to me usually one time out of every 5 bus trips. I mean do i look that old?? Come on now....And another thing i cant stand is when im standing at the bus stop on a busy street and people honk at me constantly. It happens EVERYTIME im at at a bus stop alone. Or if the people dont honk but slow down significantly to stare or roll down their window or even actually STOP to talk to me. Keep driving dammit! Im gonna need to buy a t-shirt that says "Im taken" in big bold letters to wear out. Gosh. ppl these days.
